Scott Magill has been named as the fresh Country Executive for Australia and New Zealand by Tenable. In his recent capacity, Magill is all set to steer Tenable’s functions and plans in the zone, catalyzing business expansion and reinforcing collaborative relationships.
Magill’s induction coincides with Tenable’s enriching of its cloud capabilities and exposure regulation system. This system facilitates enterprises in detecting and resolving security deficiencies triggered by misconfigurations, hazardous entitlements, and susceptibilities.
“The cloud stands as the singularly burgeoning challenge for Australian enterprises, and Scott’s profound prowess in corporate security is primed to prop up our patrons in the shifting climate,” affirmed Nigel Ng, the Vice President of Tenable’s operations in Asia Pacific and Japan. “Under Scott’s stewardship, we shall persist in forging resilient, meaningful interactions with our clienteles, aiding them in capturing an all-encompassing view of their defenses to encompass everything from cloud to identity susceptibilities, and conventional IT to operational tech frameworks.”
Magill boasts over 25 years of IT and cybersecurity exposure, having previously helmed pivotal managerial roles in steering enterprise momentum. He moves into Tenable from Rubrik Inc., wherein he donned the mantle of regional executive vice president for ANZ, having previously been inducted as the regional director at AppDynamics.
“I have closely observed Tenable’s progressive strides in exposure management, and it’s indubitable that the company is dictating the pace in proactive security, demonstrated by its recent assimilation of Vulcan Cyber,” shared Scott Magill, the Country Manager for Tenable ANZ. “Amplifying visibility across IT and OT ecosystems by seamlessly incorporating external data is a transformative element for cybersecurity squads. With Tenable emerging as the most inclusive exposure management system, partnering with them was a seamless decision. I anticipate collaborative endeavors with our clienteles and partners.”
