“To maintain fairness and openness in the market, regulators should approach such alliances cautiously,” he noted. “Otherwise, there is a risk that AI could replicate the trajectory of the cloud industry, where dominant players operate without oversight, resulting in a fractured, restricted, and constrained market.”
