Without appropriate access management controls, businesses are at significant risk from the loss or theft of both physical and digital assets. Set up two-factor authentication for badge access implementations so that users need both the badge and a code, PIN or password for access.

Only permit the minimum access employees need to perform their jobs. Consider limiting access to business hours where appropriate.
