You can choose from a total of 13 virtual machine setups. The least complex option (consisting of two cores, 4GB RAM, and 64GB storage) is priced at $28 per user monthly. On the other hand, the most sophisticated alternative (featuring 16 cores, 64GB memory, and 1TB disk space) demands a substantial $315 per user per month, totaling a notable $3,780 annually. These rates apply to Windows 365 Enterprise users; whereas, customers utilizing Windows 365 Business will incur an additional fee of $4 monthly per user for each SKU. Yet, an exception comes into play when accessing Windows 365 via a device equipped with either Windows 11 Pro or Windows 10 Pro, enabling a deduction of $4 per user every month.
Starting August 2024, users have the option to access Windows 365 machines packing GPUs. The aim is to offer three tailored configurations, ranging from Standard for rudimentary graphic tasks to Max for the most resource-intensive demands. As of now, the pricing structure for GPU utilization remains undisclosed.
How do we navigate the scenario of maintaining both Microsoft 365 E3 licenses and Windows 365 subscriptions? Does this mean we are facing redundant charges?
