Synology, a Taiwanese manufacturer of network-attached storage (NAS) devices, has resolved a crucial security vulnerability affecting DiskStation and BeePhotos that has the potential to result in remote code execution.
Known as CVE-2024-10443 and named DANGER:HUB by Midnight Blue, this previously unknown vulnerability was showcased at the Pwn2Own Ireland 2024 cyber competition by security specialist Rick de Jager.
