These accolades are determined by a blend of customer feedback coverage and evaluations, marking the third consecutive year in which customers have identified Sophos as a top vendor in both sectors.
In the 2024 Voice of the Customer Report for Network Firewalls, Sophos achieved a rating of 4.8 out of 5.0 based on 377 validated customer reviews as of March 31st, 2024—surpassing all other vendors in the number of reviews.
