Time to challenge yourself in the 2024 Google CTF

Prepare yourself for the Google Capture The Flag event! Ready your tools, organize your scripts, and free up your time. The competition starts at 6:00 PM UTC on June 21, 2024, and will continue until 6:00 PM UTC on June 23, 2024. You can register now at goo.gle/ctf.

Join the Google CTF (at goo.gle/ctf), an exciting platform to demonstrate your technical skills. The Google Capture The Flag competition features an array of cybersecurity challenges including reverse-engineering, memory manipulation, cryptography, web technologies, and more. Participants can leverage specialized security knowledge to identify vulnerabilities through bugs and unconventional exploitation. Progressing through the challenges earns your team points, helping you climb the leaderboard.



The top 8 teams from the Google CTF will secure a spot in our Hackceler8 challenge held in Málaga, Spain later this year as part of our broader event called Escal8. Hackceler8 is a unique competitive hacking game designed to combine elements of CTF challenges and speedrunning.

During the contest, teams must devise smart strategies to exploit the game elements for speedy flag captures.



The previous year saw teams embodying Bartholomew (Mew) – the fluffy and endearing hero of Hackceler8 2023, charged with thwarting the malevolent rA.Ibbit’s conquest of Silicon Valley! What escapades await Mew this time? Visit the 2023 big showdown for a glimpse of the plot and gameplay. The prize pool for this year’s Google CTF and Hackceler8 exceeds $32,000.
