It is with great honor that I share the news of my role as an Esteemed Guest Speaker at the 3rd National Cybersecurity Conference, organized by the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Association.
I am privileged to lead both the inaugural and concluding discussions. My talk will concentrate on the pressing subject of cybersecurity, specifically delving into the latest trends among threat actors and advocating for a ‘default-deny’ strategy to bolster our defenses. I eagerly look forward to engaging with you during this momentous event.

III NATIONAL CYBERSECURITY FORUM

Traditionally, this Forum is an annual event hosted by the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations in Azerbaijan.
The primary goal of the Forum is to foster dialogues with partners and experts who can contribute to the growth of the cybersecurity environment.
Under the Forum’s umbrella, discussions will take place with local and international experts on subjects like the nation’s cybersecurity landscape, safeguarding critical information infrastructures, education and human resources in cybersecurity, and the establishment of a cyber diaspora.
Presentations will be given during the Forum on initiatives in member nations of the Organization of Turkic States, as well as conversations on future collaboration prospects with other allied nations in cybersecurity.
Diverse products and solutions from various companies will be showcased in the Forum’s exhibition segment.
An extensive gathering of ACOA Expert Committees is scheduled as part of the Forum.

Mission of the Association

The key objectives of the Association include reinforcing the cybersecurity environment within the nation and aiding in the coordination of activities related to ensuring cybersecurity (hereinafter mentioned as the pertinent field) and its advancement.

Operational Focus of the Association

Contribute to the development and support of relevant projects and programs linked to cybersecurity provision
Implement actions connected with the development of the pertinent field, participate in proposing developments, and execute necessary measures
Promote the enhancement of national, scientific-technical, and workforce potential within the pertinent field
Foster the expansion of domestic, regional, and international collaborations in the pertinent field
Coordinate the activities of local and foreign specialized entities in the pertinent field, unite them based on voluntary and consensual principles
Conduct educational and informational activities in the pertinent field, back initiatives fostering cybersecurity culture in the nation
Encourage the evolution of the information society.
