“Artifacts” – innovative workspaces, as mentioned by Lin, provide users with the opportunity to “truly comprehend Claude’s thoughts and effectively enhance outputs with Claude,” aiding in the creation of data visualizations, documentation, presentations, and more.

Lin expressed his admiration for using artifacts as a creative way to brainstorm with Claude, utilizing Claude to conceptualize diagrams and visualize ideas. For instance, a marketer could develop an artifact in the shape of a marketing schedule for a campaign, or generate content and a strategic document. Claude could also be utilized in sales to analyze sales information, predict trends, and produce materials for sales meetings.

According to Lin, the activity feed facilitates users in drawing inspiration from colleagues within the organization. “The activity feed allows you and your peers within the organization to exchange valuable feedback that you have been collaborating on with Claude. It shares knowledge and insights gained from your interactions with Claude through artifacts across the organization.”
