Analyst predicts it is improbable that Nvidia will lose antitrust investigation

As per Bickley, any matters concerning an antitrust investigation are currently more about sensationalism rather than substance. This is mainly due to the fact that semiconductor industry is highly unpredictable in the stock market. CEO of Nvidia, Jensen Huang, comprehends well that the success they are currently enjoying will not last forever and will eventually end abruptly. They are maximizing their gains within a short span and striving to prolong this period as much as possible.

Regarding the Department of Justice (DOJ), he mentioned that if well-known entities raise concerns, the DOJ will indeed assess the situation. However, under the Biden administration, the department has faced significant challenges in executing successful antitrust actions. Merely scrutinizing the situation does not guarantee any decisive action.

He further stated, “By the time any concrete steps are taken and the issue is resolved, I believe the surge in profits will have already peaked. The advancements would have been achieved, and irreversible effects would have occurred.
