Any shared files are accessible through a dedicated tab, where you can initiate the sharing process. To share a file with your space, simply select the desired file. The process of defining access restrictions for a shared file is also feasible. Once shared, the document is visible within the primary chat window. Furthermore, the addition of a meeting or the creation of a task within the space is a potential option. Tasks newly added become visible on the task list and also within the respective space’s chat interface. Upon task completion, you have the ability to mark it as done.
