“The potential deficiencies in Google’s adherence to the DMA highlight the necessity for careful regulatory supervision,” mentioned Prabhu Ram, VP of the sector’s research team at Cybermedia Research. “If proven true, these claims could significantly affect the competitive landscape in Europe.”

Noting the expansive and intricate nature of the DMA, Sanchit Vir Gogia, CEO at Greyhound Research, emphasized the importance of recognizing its broad scope and interpretive nature.
