Apple is back in the server business

Is it possible for Apple to market or lease out these servers?

It’s worth noting that Apple Intelligence includes developer APIs that allow them to integrate the AI technology into their products. Currently, this involves incorporating Apple Intelligence features, but considering the significance of AI to developers and their interest in creating smart tools for specific uses, could Apple eventually offer Private Cloud Compute as a service for secure computing? Could this be the reason behind the extensive security evaluations?

There appears to be a potential market. Some companies may want to develop their own AI solutions but require the high-level security offered by Private Cloud Compute. As Apple has commissioned Foxconn to produce servers for supporting this service, when will providing these servers, along with the secure software they operate on, become a viable business opportunity? The economic rationale is there, especially since Apple is setting the standard for transparency and security by subjecting these systems to intense scrutiny. It appears to be a promising avenue if profitability is a consideration.

And it’s evident that there is indeed a significant amount of potential profit to be made.
