The upgrade package or installer for v21 can be downloaded from the Sophos Firewall v21 EAP Registration Page. Simply provide your contact details, and the download links will be promptly sent to you via email.

Sophos Firewall v21 EAP allows a fully supported upgrade from all supported versions of v20, v19.5, and v19.0, including the latest v20 MR2.

PLEASE NOTE: Sophos Firewall v21 does NOT offer support for XG and SG Series appliances. The End of Life (EOL) for XG Series is set for March 31, 2025.

All support throughout the EAP will be available through our forums on the Sophos Firewall EAP Community.
