In a statement about the acquisition deal, Keyvan Mohajer, CEO and co-founder of SoundHound AI, mentioned, “By joining forces with Allset, SoundHound will be able to deliver voice AI solutions to a wider range of restaurants, helping them boost operational efficiency.”
As an illustration, SoundHound has been collaborating with White Castle, a fast-food burger chain based in the US, to introduce voice AI ordering technology at specific White Castle drive-thrus for one year. The aim is to expand this technology to 100 sites by the conclusion of 2024.
