These include intelligent summarization, job organization, auto-categorization of subjects, data scrutiny from notes, the creation of visual charts from notes, and scheduling for upcoming actions. Notebook is deeply intertwined with Zoho Projects and WorkDrive, enabling individuals to contextually jot down notes, share information, and cooperate with team members.
Streamlining of Processes
Zoho Projects, WorkDrive, and Sign now have access to Blueprint, Zoho’s graphical workflow automation technology, enabling users to devise scalable, repetitive project processes. Through WorkDrive, this fresh automation enables tasks like legal policy or contract evaluation and approval, simplifying data compilation for seamless orientation, standardized HR functions, and more transparent task supervision.
Moreover, Zoho Sign, the company’s digital signature and ID verification tool, now supports the creation of reusable templates, sales orders, HR forms, legal documents, and more, automatically directing them to suitable team members. It also integrates knowledge-based authentication for financial technology institutions and adheres to controls for US FDA 21 CFR Part 11 to assist the healthcare and life science sectors. Zoho mentioned that this can help businesses experience an 80% improvement in document processing speed compared to collecting physical signatures.
